Registered Dental Hygienist, Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule:
Flexible with days of the week & number of days. Full-time or Part-Time, ideally 3 days per week and 1 Saturday per month.
Compensation:

- Current member of the CDHO
- Ideally 1+ years of work experience, however new graduates will be considered
- Bilingualism is preferred (English/French)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform clinical treatments using established dental hygienist procedures as assigned by the dentist for both adults and children.
- Independently assess the nature and extent of dental, periodontal, and associated conditions and pathology in dental outpatients.
- Patient screening, charting, and medical history procedures and documentation.
- Use digital radiography software and patient education software.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing as well as technical information to patients and non-technical staff.
- Deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Maintain meticulous patient records.
- Professional appearance and manners.
