We are currently looking for a full-time hygienist to join the team from Monday through Thursday. Schedule

Monday through Wednesday 7:30am to 5:15pm

Thursday 9:30am to 7:15pm

Compensation:

$50 - $56/hr depending on years of experience and qualifications

Signing bonus

Yearly $1,000 Health Spending Account

$200 Uniform Allowance

Monthly Goal Bonuses

Paid Travel Time if Commuting from further distance

Job Description:

Performing dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, polishing and applying fluoride varnish

Taking digital X-rays and PAN images as requested by the doctor

Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and providing personalized dental care instructions

Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans and updating patient information as needed

Following all infection control protocols with sterilization

Taking digital scan impressions for night guards

Required Qualifications :

Registered with the CDHO

Knowledgeable in Dental terminology both hygiene and dental to help re-explain treatment the doctor has recommended if the patient didn't understand.

Experience with pediatric patients is preferred but not required

Familiarity with dental office procedure workflows

Excellent chairside manner and ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages

Knowledge of Cleardent Software is preferred but not required

One year of experience is preferred but New Grads are welcome to apply
