Job Description :
For over 25 years, this family dental practice has been providing personalized dental care to families in Russell and the surrounding communities. We are currently seeking a hygienist to help their patients maintain their oral health through preventive care and education. This team of 12 is looking to add a hygienist with 1-2 years of experience, a customer service mindset, excellent teamwork, and strong communication skills. While 1-2 years of RDH experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from new graduates.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - varied hours
- Approximately 35-40 hours per week (with flexibility)
- Some Saturdays (with flexibility)
Compensation:
$46-$50/hr depending on skill-set and experience as a hygienist
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Taking care of patients for all hygiene needs including procedures, education, iTero scans, oral cancer screenings, etc.
- Customer Service Mindset that will put patients at ease and great communication skills building loyalty with patients.
Required Qualifications :
- Registered Dental Hygienist with the Province of Ontario; licensed and in good standing with the CDHO.
- 1-2years of dental hygiene experience an asset however new grads will be considered
- Use of Dentrix Software and Safecome Xray Software is an asset but not a requirement
