Dental Office Manager

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm ( negotiable)

 

1 hour break

 

 

 

$35-$38 /hr +/ based on level of experienc

 

Parking and/or transit compensated

The office manager will come with a minimum of 3+years in dental office management and have a background in dental reception prior to management experience. Perio knowledge is an asset but not required. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staff scheduling and holiday management;


• Performance reviews (in collaboration with the doctor)


• Payroll, daily chart review/prep


• Liaison with doctor on office policies & systems, overseeing scheduling efficiency etc


• Hiring/Recruitment/staff contracts/ marketing as required


• Planning and running office meetings on a regular basis


• Troubleshoot the management of difficult patients/ internal staff issues. 


• very strong dental admin background is needed for this very busy periodontal office.
