Certified Dental Assistant (Maternity Leave until July 2023)

Job Description :
This tight-knit team of long-term employees is looking to add a few new members to their dental office family. Preventative, sedation, restorative and cosmetic dentistry are practiced.  They are a supportive team that encourages one another to strive for excellence. Staff is valued and the office is growing. Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Schedules are available:


Full-Time Schedule: 

  • Tuesdays 12:00pm to 8:00pm

  • Wednesdays 12:00pm to 8:00pm

  • Thursdays 10:30am to 6:30pm

  • Fridays 8:30am to 4:30pm 

  • Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm

Part-Time Schedule: The part-time schedule will be a mix of the full-time hours with a few day shifts as well ( usually 8-4, or 9-5 depending on the day)



  • Wage depends on experience level (approximately $25-$30)

  • Medical and Dental Benefits after 3 months

  • Uniforms provided

Required Qualifications :

  • Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II

  • minimum of 1-year experience as a CDA - but willing to train the right candidate

  • possesses a learning attitude

  • is a team player, helpful, and has good communication skills

  • available for 2 Saturdays per month

  • demonstrates the ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients

  • experience with Dental Practice Management software is considered an asset.

Our pay rate is $31/hr on a weekday and $35/hr on a weekend inclusive of a 4% vacation, paid weekly and only one T4 at the end of the year, no matter how many different offices you worked for. It makes it a lot easier for you when it's time to do your tax return.


We provide both professional liability and workers comp insurance for all our temping staff. If a worker contracted COVID-19 on the job it is imperative that they are employed by a company that can provide WCB/WSIB so they can make a claim for loss of wages or other health complications.
