Compensation:
- The successful candidate will earn a negotiable monthly allowance based on experience with the ability to take a percentage when an agreed upon production value is reached.
- There is a definite potential to achieve a salary of > $350K/yr.

Job Description:
- Examine patients' teeth, periodontium and surrounding tissue to diagnose disease, injury, decay and plan appropriate preventive or corrective treatment
- Provide general dental care such as direct and indirect restorations, performing root canals, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery and pedodontics
- Monitor patient progress to identify changes or the progression of dental disease
Prescribe antibiotics or other medication as required
- Refer patients to dental specialists as needed for recommended procedures
Supervise dental hygienists, dental assistants and other staff
- Be able to administer Nitrous Oxide and limited sedatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program ( Canadian or American Dental Institutions) or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements. ( Assistance may be provided if licensed elsewhere
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Valid CPR certification
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience is preferred, but a recent grad will be considered. Experience is secondary to being highly motivated to learn, humble and open-minded and community based.. If you have an ambition to grow and become a top-performing dentist in our profession, we would love to talk.
