Key Responsibilities
· Patient Examination: Assess patients' oral health to diagnose disease, injury, or decay and plan appropriate treatments.
· General Dental Care: Provide comprehensive dental services, including restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
· Patient Monitoring: Track patient progress, identifying changes or the progression of dental disease, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Medication Prescribing: Prescribe medications to manage and treat dental conditions effectively.
· Specialist Referrals: Refer patients to specialists for procedures beyond the scope of general practice.
· Staff Supervision: Oversee dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operation.

Requirements
· Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
· Valid state dental license and current certifications.
· Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various aspects of dentistry.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
· Experience or willingness to learn advanced techniques and procedures.
